This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were available at any time. The beds were cozy and the other guests were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Really awesome hotel and fantastic location. Surely will recommend Naniwa Issui!

I have booked the room for four days with my spouse. Beds were comfortable and the room was always clean. The employees have been pretty handy and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom was clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Excellent location, every thing is nearby. Staff are tremendous pleasant and helpful and talk great English. You will discover activities every night time and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a bit squeaky but that’s extremely insignificant. Good quality for the money!
